Mechanical Polishing
Our semiconductor grade polish is an 80/50 scratch and dig or better. We use both single sided polish machines and double sided polishing machines. Our lapping finish is a ground finish that has a roughness average from 4-16 micro inches.
Fire Polishing
GM has a staff of experienced Glassblowers that can harness extreme heat to polish complex surfaces that would be otherwise impossible to keep clear.
Cleaning
Our highly trained cleaning department ensures that you will receive your finished part without surface blemishes. We also maintain the ability to sandblast, bevel, and acid wash when required.
