Shipping & Returns 

Method of shipment

Freight on Board “FOB”: Oakland, CA USA

Prepaid and Add shipping charges: Shipping amount is prepaid by us and
added to your invoice and payable.

Freight Collect: Shipping amount is charged to your account.

We will attempt to ship all in-stock items ordered before 2pm PST same-day. 

Orders of or including items that are not in stock will be made and shipped as early as possible. In that event, our team will be in touch within 24h with a schedule for said deliverables.

 

Export Shipments

Payments: All export shipments are payable in advance via wire or credit
card.
Export Fee: A $50.00 international export fee is charged on all orders outside
the US and Canada.
Minimum Order: Minimum international order is $250.00 before tax, insurance,
and shipping.

 

Domestic 

Net 30 days upon credit approval. Prepayment of confirmed funds in US Dollars required prior to shipment for all other orders. Minimum domestic order is $100 before tax, insurance, and shipping.

 

International

Prepayment of confirmed funds in US Dollars required prior to shipment for all orders. A $50.00 international export fee is charged on all orders outside the US and Canada. Minimum international order is $250.00 before tax, insurance, and shipping.

 

Payment 

We accept Master Card, Visa, and American Express. A $25 fee will be added for returned checks. Wire transfer information will be provided on request.

 

Taxes

California state taxes will be applied as required by law.

 

F.O.B./Shipping.

All prices are F.O.B. factory, Oakland, CA, USA. We will ship partial orders unless otherwise instructed. We reserve the right to withhold shipments of
any customer whose account is in arrears.

 

Breakage.

Every care is exercised in the packaging of products being shipped in an effort to prevent breakage during shipment. If, however, breakage does occur, please report any damage to your delivering carrier immediately. Do not discard the packing material or parcel, or proceed with unpacking, until the carrier or its agent has completed the damage report necessary to substantiate your claim for reimbursement. GM Quartz must be notified of any breakage or damage within 10 days of shipment. We will add insurance on all shipments unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

FOR BREAKAGE. YOUR SOLE RECOURSE FOR BREAKAGE
IS WITH YOUR DELIVERING CARRIER AND/OR ANY
AVAILABLE INSURANCE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER.

 

Price and Availability

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Returns and restocking.

If there is any problem with receipt of your order, you must contact GM Quartz within 10 days of shipment.

If warranted, an authorized GM Quartz sales representative will issue a return authorization number (RMA Number) and instruct you on how to return your order.

Returns will be processed within 24h of notice from the customer and will be returned via original form of payment within 3-7 days.

GM Quartz will not be responsible for material returned without a valid RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days after issuance.

GM Quartz will restock certain items, however, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Special order parts cannot be returned.

Warranty and Disclaimer

GM Quartz will replace any item found to be defective or not in
conformance with published specifications. We make
no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.

GM QUARTZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY COSTS, FEES, EXPENSES, CLAIMS, OR DAMAGES,
ARISING OR ALLEGEDLY ARISING FROM ANY DEFECT,
UNMERCHANTABILITY, OR UNFITNESS FOR ITS INTENDED
PURPOSE OF ANY PRODUCT.
